Food for thought!

As we approach the New Year many of you beautiful ladies will be setting weight loss goals, I would like to give you some food for thought to hopefully persuade you to change your thinking… Make a goal that will end well either way, make goals that will help build yourself esteem, the constant pressure of lowing the number on scale can be a lot to deal with mental y. I have a few suggestions to take some of that pressure off. Make a goal to eat better, I don’t mean DIET … I simply mean cut the soda out, switch to ground turkey, have an extra serving of fruit. These are just some examples I hate the word DIET I think it is the worst word in the world think about making changes to improve your health not your looks. Make a goal to help you think positive about yourself. Tell yourself once a day how beautiful you are… pick one positive thing about yourself a day and say it out loud! Believe me when I say you have to love yourself before you love your looks. Don’t be so caught up in this bullshit world filled with a bunch of critics who say size matters. Well guess what ladies it DOESN’T!!!!!! I will tut my own horn for a second stand me up to twenty other girls half my size and I guarantee I’m better looking than half of them. Being a small size doesn’t make you pretty. Confidence a good self esteem being proud these things will make you out shine any skinny bitch!  BTW this goes for skinny girls too. J I don’t hate on any one!
