You mission stand in a mirror or in the living room take e all your clothes off and dance around! Be free 100% free move about and don’t worry what you look like how you wiggle or giggle. Take it from me I love my self and I love to wiggle and giggle. In fact I wiggle and giggle in front of people all the time! Every time before e performance I’m nervous I think what if I fall, what if someone calls me fat? But I guess the WHAT IF’S of the world are what kill us.  be free love yourself love your wiggle and your giggles I get up there and bear all for the world to see just to show people and other women that all sizes are BEAUTIFUL!!!!!

Food for thought!

As we approach the New Year many of you beautiful ladies will be setting weight loss goals, I would like to give you some food for thought to hopefully persuade you to change your thinking… Make a goal that will end well either way, make goals that will help build yourself esteem, the constant pressure of lowing the number on scale can be a lot to deal with mental y. I have a few suggestions to take some of that pressure off. Make a goal to eat better, I don’t mean DIET … I simply mean cut the soda out, switch to ground turkey, have an extra serving of fruit. These are just some examples I hate the word DIET I think it is the worst word in the world think about making changes to improve your health not your looks. Make a goal to help you think positive about yourself. Tell yourself once a day how beautiful you are… pick one positive thing about yourself a day and say it out loud! Believe me when I say you have to love yourself before you love your looks. Don’t be so caught up in this bullshit world filled with a bunch of critics who say size matters. Well guess what ladies it DOESN’T!!!!!! I will tut my own horn for a second stand me up to twenty other girls half my size and I guarantee I’m better looking than half of them. Being a small size doesn’t make you pretty. Confidence a good self esteem being proud these things will make you out shine any skinny bitch!  BTW this goes for skinny girls too. J I don’t hate on any one!

I have never been real big into the blog thing, after following a blog on Tess Munster i decided to hell with it so many women were on there and wanted to speak there minds about being  a real women with real curvs. so i decided to creat a place where they can do so no judgment passed.
